    Before you contact us:
  1. Try to log in to WebAdvisor or CampusCruiser to verify your username/password.
  2. If you are unable to log in to WebAdvisor, CampusCruiser, and Library Services, look up your username and password
  3. Clear the cache in your browser and try to log in again.
    • Internet Explorer: Tools->Internet Options->Browsing History: Delete->Temporary Internet Files: Delete Files
    • Firefox: Tools->Clear Private Data
    • Opera: Tools->Delete Private Data
    • Safari: Safari->Empty Cache...
  4. If trying to log in to databases, try accessing other databases to see if the problem lies with a specific database.
  5. Try using a different browser. Firefox | Opera | Safari
  6. If you are trying to connect from work, check with your IT staff to see if you are trying to connect from behind a firewall or proxy. A firewall or proxy may prevent access to TCC databases which are accessed from off-campus through a TCC proxy server. Multiple proxy connections may cause problems.
  7. If you are trying to access databases from a TCC library using a wireless connection, click I'm using TCC Wireless in the center of the databases page just above the list of databases.
  8. If you are still experiencing problems, please be specific about what the problem is, what library services or databases you are trying to access, and any error messages you may be receiving.
